Users can confide their concerns to volunteers, the contents is kept confidential.
“ChatPoint” is staffed by trained volunteers with the support from professional social workers. “ChatPoint” offers one-time text-based emotional support and suicide prevention services.

Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 04:00 PM – 02:00 AM
